  • How Long Before My Order Ships?

Typically, shop orders are processed and ship within 4-7 business days unless otherwise noted in our shop banner. On occasion, during peak holidays, sales, and new product releases, our processing time may be up to 14 business days. Please note that processing time is the time spent preparing your order prior to shipment. Current processing times are always updated on our banner.

  • When Will You Restock Items?

We work continuously to restock products, but production times vary. The best way to know when a product will be available for purchase is to sign up to receive an email notification when that product is restocked. Simply click "Email When Available" on the product listing and enter your preferred email.   Some items such as our stationery boxes will not be restocked.

  • What Size Inserts Should I Purchase For My Agenda?

SO Planning Inc inserts come in a wide variety of sizes and punch styles for an array of planning needs, and are compatible with many other popular industry-standard sizes.  Please check out our size guide for more information.
